I purchased a car from your site last week and the person dealing with me was John. From the start his attitude, approach and conduct were nothing less than outstanding.
I was kept in the 'loop' the whole time and I really felt like a valued customer. All too often these days people get your money and that's your lot pal. The way John treated me was above and beyond the call of duty and with staff like this you should be very proud. I was so impressed, I enquired about another vehicle and yet again John was there to help.
In conclusion I would just like to add that John in my opinion is a major asset to Ford Retail Online.

Just collected my KA from Dagenham motors, ordered through ford retail online. Can't fault the service received, staff were polite, pleasant and knowledgeable! Cannot fault the experience of buying a car this way and would recommend it to everyone!!!

Just bought a KA via Ford retail online. Prior to purchasing I went into my local ford dealer and was very dissatisfied with the service received. Not only were ford retail online better value and better priced, the staff were knowledgeable, pleasant and did not pressure to buy. An excellent experience, would recommend to everyone, and would not consider buying a car another way in the future!!

Excellent knowledge , no pressure to buy , fun. after checking prices from Evans Halshaw Ford (my usual place I buy my cars) Ford Retail Online is much cheaper with what appears to be better finance, I will definitely be giving them a call when I come to change my car.

I have recently purchased a new shape Focus Zetec from FordRetail online. Excellent service all the way through the quote/ordering process and also from the Dagenham Alperton site.
The vehicle gets top marks in terms of interior/exterior and drive and is a huge step up from previous Focus.

I've just purchased a very nice C-Max via Polar Ford which I found on the Ford Retail online website and was very impressed with the service from all parties. Top Class :) Bought a 2.0 08 Titanium, Full leather, cruise, parking sensors, wheel upgrade, Sony ICE upgrade and more, and at a perfect price as well, exactly what I was looking for. I've searched for 3 months for the right C-Max and this one is perfect.

I bought the Titanium 2WD. Was not sure at first about buying online but it was really easy and cheaper than buying from local garage. I dealt with Katie to start with and she was very helpful and put my mind at ease about buying online. Then Jack from Wakefield phoned to keep me up to date about delivery. I stay in Scotland so had my car delivered to the door and even costing that into the price it was still cheaper than buying locally. I would definitely recommend buying this way. Thank you all who helped get my new car to me. I love it.

The whole process was amazingly easy throughout and it was extremely convenient. When looking at the deal on FordRetailOnline I didn’t think it could be true but it was and there was stock available.
The location of the dealership was very easy to find and Rob Holmes was extremely helpful at the delivery dealership.
I have previously purchased 3 cars through dealerships and have had to wait to see someone and they don’t always have the answers where as dealing with FordRetailOnline I got the answers straight away and again it made the process very easy.

What initially caught my eye was the great price, and after speaking with Jennifer, I was assured that stock was available and I felt confident and assured by the FordRetailOnline service.
Overall I am extremely pleased with the service, convenience, price and quality of product.
I have always previously owned Fords and had previous dealings with the dealership Jennifer said I was closest to (Brunel Ford Western-super-Mare), and I have always been more than happy with the level of service they give.

I just wanted to write and thank you very much for the excellent service Jennifer provided, when I chose to purchase my car online, your website is very informative, giving as much information and details to help me proceed to the purchasing stage.
The phone line was answered promptly and I spoke to Jennifer Price, who spoke clearly and was very attentive to my needs and questions, she really put me at ease. She was able to tell me immediately what stock she had available and how quickly I could receive the car of my choice.
Within the next few hours I had a call as Jennifer said from the dealership introducing themselves and talking us through the procedure and keeping me informed.
Both Jennifer and David Wilson the sales executive at Polar Ford Castleford (our nearest delivery centre) were extremely helpful and really put me at ease with the whole process.

I would like to write to advise of my experience in dealing with FordRetailOnline, who I have just brought a new car through.
I took time to go a car showroom to look at new cars and was given the normal sales pitch from the sales person who kept me there for at least 30 mins and was unable to assure me that the vehicle I wanted could be delivered when I needed it. Despite the salesman going through his pitch I felt this had been a wasted journey and a wasted morning on my weekend off.
I then went to the internet and looked at FordRetailOnline. I found the vehicle I wanted with a discount on the price that no matter where else I looked I could not better.
I found the site so easy to navigate.
Not wanting to get caught up with the sales pitch again, I emailed my requirements and had a very quick response from a lady there called Emily Dennett. We were able to go through most things via email which in a busy life is great and within 24 hours she was able to come up with a vehicle that not only matched my requirements but matched the price as shown on the internet discount, which I found great.
Emily arranged everything for me and kept me informed and within 2 weeks of talking to her I had my new vehicle which I picked up from Dagenham Motors. The salesman there and all the staff where great, friendly and helpful especially Tony who sorted out all the paperwork.
I have had no problems since and Emily kept in contact throughout and even after to check all is okay.
To be able to achieve all this within 2 weeks with the least amount of fuss and get the vehicle you wanted at a price that was unbeatable, is a credit to the systems used at FordRetailOnline. The customer service provided and the lack of any ‘heavy sales’ was second to none, and I have to say that I will be getting my next Ford from them.
This is selling on the internet at its best.
